Helodia Jewelry proudly offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all pieces, ensuring peace of mind for your cherished jewelry.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds, loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. However, it does not extend to issues resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also excluded from the warranty.

Since jewelry is often given for special occasions, we ensure that we are extremely flexible to help you create wonderful surprises. We can ship to the nearest UPS location and have the package securely held for you to pick up. Additionally, we can also ship to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.
