We offer UPS Worldwide Express shipping on all orders, ensuring that your jewelry arrives safely and securely.
All orders are carefully processed within 1-3 business days from receipt of your order confirmation. Custom or engraved items may require additional processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the journey of your jewelry. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

International Shipping:

We proudly offer international delivery via UPS.
Please note: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, and additional paperwork may be required.

Return Policy:

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be in new, unworn condition and accompanied by the original packaging and certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
*Custom or engraved items and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Request a Return Authorization (RA#): Please contact us at alphagold@goldamazon.com or call us at +972-50-1112223 within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an RA# and detailed return instructions.

Prepare Your Return:

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We can provide a fully insured UPS Return Label for $20. Email alphagold@goldamazon.com to get started.

Refunds & Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please be aware that shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:
